Sounds like DC is back in the cults hands, or maybe it is Forsythe. Either way I think we got problems.

Could someone perhaps transcribe or summarize the message for those of us audibly disadvantaged? Thank you kindly.

I take it Devon is not doing well, but I suppose the positive spin is that at least he is still alive enough to use a telephone.

Thats just the thing, I'm not too sure if hes been nabbed by chorazos or put on a leash by forsythe. (odds are 50/50 at this point IMHO)

Here is a transcript. It should be doublechecked for accuracy:

Quote:
Hi I uh I don't even know if anyone'll get this but I don't know what else to do. Everything is kinda blurry since the Feast- I dunno if I can't remember or if they don't want [me?] to anymore. I don't know what happened to me, but they've gotten suspicious and are watching me, making me prove myself. [cough] They expect me to recruit new potential members, people at rock bottom, nothing to lose. They need them to run errands, to keep their fingerprints off things, but every time I do the nightmare gets just so much worse I don't know what do do anymore but they'll kill me if I fail. If we fail. Then they'll find us, all of us, even her, and then we'll be beyond hope. Help me Providence, all our nightmares, everything we've lost and sacrificed, is nothing compared to the suffering at the end of things. There isn't a lot of time [sniff] someone's watching.

EDITED for accuracy

So what I think is going on is Forsythe released DC, probably messing him up so he didn't remember what happened, and since then he's back with Chorazos. Chorazos put him back to work at his old job, carrying packages, recruiting, and preparing for the ritual on the 20th. The people watching him could be Chorazos or Forsythe or both - Peter mentioned that he released DC with the intention of following him back to what he called "bigger fish" (which is probably why they messed him up) so Forsythe is almost definitely keeping tabs on him. But I could see why Chorazos would be watching him as well - suspicion about him disappearing all this time.

So I've got a bad idea. Really, a horrible, dangerous idea. DC needs recruits or they'll kill him, yes? And we need a way to find out where the ritual is so we can prevent the ends of all things. Put these facts together and you get.. something bad. Getting close to Chorazos would be a dangerous risk to take, but it something we might want to keep in mind.

Honestly, I'm thinking along the same lines, plus the fact that I'm just crazy enough to do it. The only problem I see is getting in touch with DC to get us in the door. I doubt he'll see any postings on any dreamers sites (anyone know how he got the voicemail number BTW?)

I'm crazy enough to do it, sure, but I can't imagine what use they could find for a teenager who won't have his liscence for another 2 months. Neutral

We could try Craigslist - we might not get him but we might get another dreamer, who could pass the message on.

Sacrifice? Honestly that's what his talk of rock bottom with nothing left to lose implies to me.

Woah.... I was just assuming we'd try to infiltrate Chorazos... ya know, dress up in some crazy robes, talk some crazy talk, just try to blend in. But if we're talking about gettin sacrificed, count me out!!!

Really? I was thinking like Heath. And I would imagine you'd need to be rock-bottom to join a cult that kills you for spilling the beans or even considering leaving.
